Wine and Snack Pairings sounds like a perfect blog for my readers. I’ve already launched a blog about my favorite Rose Wines and also Laithwaites Wine and this is a perfect “pairing.” Here are a few suggestions from the article by Sundial Wine:
“Avocado fries are one of the best salty snacks with wine. A coastal white wine like a Spanish or Portuguese Albariño, with seaside aromas of citrus, nectarine, and sea salt, is the perfect wine to pair with creamy/crunchy fried avocado.”
Count me in for this one. And if you have followed my blog for awhile, you know I love to eat healthy, so I like to air fry vs oil fry to stay healthy. Sounds perfect.
“Chardonnay is a citrusy & mineral-driven grape. Warm aromas of vanilla, butter, and coconut are introduced from oak aging & malolactic conversion. It’s the perfect wine to pair with buttery “nooch” popcorn (short for nutritional yeast). Nooch is all-natural, high in B vitamins & protein, and tastes richly cheesy. “
