As mentioned above, we are all about the digital world. Being on our smartphones into the evening hours and in bed, is not the way to good sleep.The article even suggests turning off the TV 2 hours before getting to bed.
Don’t Consume Caffeine late in the day
We all love our coffee, but late in the day can be hard on your system and allows for bad sleep in the evening.
Don’t Eat Late in the Evening
Just like drinking caffeine, eating can have the same effect. Your body keeps working, and can interfere with sleep.

Exercise is good for so many things, and sleep is just one of them!!
